Rafael Reyes has been our law clerk since 2022. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Rafael is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently a third-year law student at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Rafael also attended ASU for his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2020.
